Responsibilities




  • Support the Global Head of Sales with assigned sales and business development tasks.

  • Manage customer orders, liaising with logistics to ensure timely delivery per company policies.

  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas, recording action items, and compiling relevant materials.

  • Independently draft correspondence, confidential communications, presentations, and policy documents.

  • Gather and analyze customer data monthly, ensuring accuracy in customer profiles and account balances.

  • Collate sales data and price surveys, generating periodic reports for management review.



Qualifications




  • A first degree or equivalent in Chemistry.



Skills and Competencies Required:




  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in customer service and relationship management.

  • Presentation and data analysis skills.

  • Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
