Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Global Head of Sales with assigned sales and business development tasks.
- Manage customer orders, liaising with logistics to ensure timely delivery per company policies.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas, recording action items, and compiling relevant materials.
- Independently draft correspondence, confidential communications, presentations, and policy documents.
- Gather and analyze customer data monthly, ensuring accuracy in customer profiles and account balances.
- Collate sales data and price surveys, generating periodic reports for management review.
Qualifications
- A first degree or equivalent in Chemistry.
