  • At Focal Point Cleaners, a leading dry cleaning and laundry service company, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to oversee our operations, drive growth, and ensure excellence in all aspects of our business.



Responsibilities




  • Overseeing the daily operations of the company, including assigning goals and ensuring they are met

  • Oversee administration, HR, marketing, business development, factory work and supervisor

  • Developing and maintaining budgets and resource allocation plans, and managing company finances

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and secure new opportunities.

  • Setting strategic goals and objectives for the company and their team

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, identify new market segments, and develop innovative strategies to expand our business footprint.

  • Ensuring that the company complies with laws and regulations, including consumer rights, local governance, and environmental protection.

  • Responding to customer complaints.



Requirements




  • Relevant educational qualifications (Bachelors / Masters Degree)  in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managerial role, administration. Experience in laundry service will be an advantage

  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, securing new clients, and expanding market presence.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of the laundry service industry.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
