We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outreach Manager to lead the development and execution of outreach strategies, forge partnerships, and drive the organization’s mission and programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate company events, including webinars, trainings, and outreach initiatives.


• Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and required resources.


• Maintain outreach schedules that align with company goals and initiatives.


• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to meet outreach objectives.


• Manage and oversee the company’s Academy projects.


• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management.


• Provide financial updates to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.


• Identify project risks early, develop contingency plans, and mitigate potential issues.


• Ensure the delivery of high-quality project outputs and continuous improvements.


• Regularly distribute project status reports to stakeholders and partners.


• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes and evaluations.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or public relations with a proven record of successful initiatives.


• Familiarity with social media platforms and outreach software.
