Position Summary: 

The Head Of Operations (HOO) will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a Female Chartered Accountant with a proven track record in operational management, strategic planning, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.


• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.


• Collaborate with the executive team to set and drive the organization’s vision and operational strategy.


• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements as necessary.


• Provide financial oversight and ensure fiscal responsibility throughout the organization.


• Lead a team of departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.


• Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Female candidate preferred.


• Chartered Accountant designation required.


• Proven experience as HOO or similar leadership role, with a minimum of [2-5] years of experience in operational management.


• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
