Job Summary

• As an Internal Control Volunteer at Lily Hospitals, you will be an essential part of our efforts to maintain strong and effective internal controls across the organization.


• You will assist in assessing, monitoring, and strengthening our internal processes to reduce risks and protect the hospital’s resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of existing internal controls to identify opportunities for improvement.


• Help develop and update internal control policies, procedures, and guidelines.


• Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern.


• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.


• Support investigations into any suspected fraud, misconduct, or policy violations.


• Collaborate with teams across the hospital to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.


• Assist in preparing reports on internal control findings and recommendations for management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a B.Sc. in any social sciences field


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel


• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.


• Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.


• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the Internal Control processes.

Remuneration

This is an unpaid volunteer position. However, a monthly stipend will be provided to help offset transportation expenses.
