  • Prepare the site for a seamless transition to the new system.

Training

  • Identify training needs within the project scope, working closely with the ICSS vendor.

  • Define, schedule, and oversee the delivery of all required training sessions to ensure teams are fully equipped to operate and maintain the system.

  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and optimize project execution.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Industrial Electronics, or Industrial Computing.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years in control systems engineering, preferably in FPSO or offshore environments.

  • Hands-on expertise with Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex SIS is essential.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus,OPC, Ethernet).

  • Solid knowledge of safety standards and redundant systems in offshore settings.
