  • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by securing new business clients and managing relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities




  • Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within targeted industries and sectors.

  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor solutions that address customer challenges.

  • Present and demonstrate the company’s value proposition to prospects through product demonstrations and proposals.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings based on market feedback.

  • Manage and track customer engagement and sales activities through the CRM system.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum three years of experience selling B2B Software like Payroll/HRMS or Accounting software to business leaders and executives

  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of the African business landscape and workforce development challenges.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Able to use sales tools like; Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha.

  • Has met or exceeded sales target of 5 million naira, with proven track record.

  • Base Salary: N300,000 - N400,000 / Month
