We require the services of an Account Executive their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing new businesses and accounts to increase their revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within targeted industries and sectors.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor solutions that address customer challenges.
Present and demonstrate the company’s value proposition to prospects through product demonstrations and proposals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings based on market feedback.
Manage and track customer engagement and sales activities through the CRM system.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum four years of experience selling B2B Software like Payroll/HRMS or Accounting software to business leaders and executives
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the African business landscape and workforce development challenges.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Able to use sales tools like; Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha.
Has met or exceeded sales target of 5 million naira, with proven track record.

Base Salary: N500,000 - N600,000 / Month
