The Talent Acquisition & Relationship Specialist recruitment will work with the talent acquisition team to handle end-to-end talent sourcing, assessment, administration and relationship responsibilities as well as support other related projects
Key Responsibilities
Assist with Full cycle recruiting including sourcing, reviewing, and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews etc.
Assist with and oversee the day-to-day efficient operation of our freelancers/talent and best practices and ensure compliance with TERAWORK values
Part of the team that owns the strategic vision, planning, development, and execution of freelancer engagement initiatives across all channels
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Manpower planning
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Onboard new talents in order to become fully integrated to the platform
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Promote company’s reputation
Requirements
B.Sc / HND. in Human Resources Management or any other related Degree
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Recruiter
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
