We are hiring an experienced Head of Operations to lead, optimize, and drive all operational facets of our business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient cross-departmental operations, managing HR functions, leading special projects, and aligning team efforts with our strategic objectives. We are looking for a strategic thinker with robust experience in media operations, strong people management skills, and a dedication to impact in a dynamic environment to join our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Drive operational alignment with company strategy, optimize processes for scalability, and lead cross-functional initiatives.


• Human Resources & People Management: Oversee HR activities, build a positive culture rooted in core values, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee relations.


• Project Management & Operational Efficiency: Spearhead critical projects, streamline workflows, and ensure adherence to policies for finance-related operations.


• Performance & Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency solutions, update operational policies, and monitor departmental KPIs for sustained high performance.


• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as a liaison between departments, establish reporting systems, and maintain external stakeholder relations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.


• Experience: 8-10 years in operations management, ideally within media, technology, or finance, with 5+ years in senior leadership.


• Skills: Strong background in strategic planning, project management, HR oversight, and financial controls. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
