Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum requirements.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.


• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and promote individual success.


• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and curiosity in all students.


• Maintain classroom discipline and enforce school policies to ensure a conducive learning environment.


• Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.


• Teaching certification or license (preferred).


• Previous experience teaching at the nursery or primary level is an advantage.


• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.


• Enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about teaching young children.
