  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.

  • As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion.



Your responsibilities will include




  • Identifying new business opportunities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets

  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients

  • Conducting market research

  • Present and sell cosmetics and baby products to potential customers

  • Collaborating with teams to develop and execute effective business strategies.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for business expansion.

  • Managing sales efforts with marketing programs.

  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

  • Maintaining client records.

  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

  • Promote defined products according to campaign briefs and policies.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Proven record in business development,

  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and goals

  • A keen understanding of market trends, and a strong ability to identify.
