Job summary

• The Driver is responsible for carrying out all transport related duties in the Bank which includes conveying staff, delivery and pick up of packages and vehicle maintenance.

Duties and responsibilities

• Maintaining the assigned vehicle which includes washing cleaning, changing oil and water, monitoring tire pressure, and performing minor repairs as needed


• Maintaining a vehicle logbook


• Promptly reporting any traffic violations, road accidents, and vehicle breakdowns


• Adhere to all safety requirements


• Maintain the service and appearance of assigned vehicle


• Complying with road and traffic regulations


• Ensures validity of vehicle particulars in compliance with domestic regulations e.g. licenses, road worthiness, insurance etc.


• Any other duty assigned by management

Qualifications

• OND in any relevant field


• A clean driving record with no traffic violations


• Clear criminal record

Experience:

• Previous experience as a driver in a corporate organization.

Skills:

• Strong time management skills

• Neat and professional appearance


• Good working knowledge of Lagos road network
