Job Description:



We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients. The position requires an individual who is ready to resume immediately and work in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by doctors.

  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress, updating care plans accordingly.

  • Assist in preparing patients for medical procedures and post-operative recovery.

  • Educate patients and families on proper health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment in patient rooms and the healthcare facility.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.

  • Respond promptly to patient calls and concerns, providing appropriate care and attention.

  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities.



Qualifications:




  • Valid Nursing License (RN) from a recognized regulatory body.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and demonstrate excellent time-management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in basic nursing techniques and medical equipment.

  • Must be smart, compassionate, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Availability to resume immediately is a must.
