Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager/Technical Director at PIECURVE Energy Projects Limited in Lekki who will do the following; 


• Manage technical aspects of the business, ensuring that the company runs smoothly and meets its goals 


• Set organizational goals, coordinating departments, optimizing processes, and ensuring profitability, Managing day-to-day operations of the company


• Plan, manage, and execute technical projects


• Provide technical support to staff, and the Managing Director, including operating a help desk 


• Identify and solve technical problems, either directly or by delegating to others


• Delegating roles and responsibilities to teams


• Driving performance towards business goals


• Tracking and assessing the performance of teams


• Managing timelines for successful and timely delivery of duties


• Developing and justifying vertical-specific budgets.


• Overseeing resource allocation while maintaining budgetary control.


• Enforcing business policies, procedures, and processes.


• Ensuring adherence to legal and administrative guidelines.

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering.


• Must be skilled in strategic planning, decision-making, communication, Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with teams to solve problems.


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams effectively 


• Good sense of Engineering in EPIC Projects in the upstream sector.


• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)


• Knowledge of Engineering principles


• Minimum 5-7 years Experience in the oil and gas industry as a General Manager


• Experience in planning and budgeting


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.
