About the Role

• As an Associate, you will begin to develop sector expertise and manage larger/multiple work streams as part of a project team.


• You will begin to lead collaboration within the firm to create bespoke solutions for clients

Qualifications and Experience

• Undergraduate Degree and/or Master's Degree in any field


• No more than 2 to 3 years of work experience after completing your degree


• Redefine unclear client challenges into problem statements and develop steps to solve them


• Utilize quantitative and qualitative methodologies to distil complex data into actionable solutions


• Establish client relationships to improve interactions and service delivery.


• Effectively communicate with senior stakeholder groups such as client leadership to present recommendations.
