- Manage the Executive’s email inbox, prioritizing and responding to important messages, and ensuring they stay on top of all communications.
- Manage the Executive’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and ensuring time-sensitive matters are attended to.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
- Create, format, and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as required.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Coordinate tasks and follow up on assignments to ensure timely completion.
Qualification, Experience, Skills & Competences
- First degree (Bachelor) in Secretarial Studies, English or any other related discipline
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Accurate reporting and planning skills
- Ability to proofread documents to a high standard
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent record keeping and file management skills
