Job Summary




  • We seek a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

  • As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily kitchen operations, assisting the Executive Chef, and ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

  • Oversee food preparation, plating, and presentation.

  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

  • Collaborate in menu development and costing.

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff.

  • Manage inventory control and food ordering.

  • Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage items.



Qualifications




  • Candidates should possess an HND with 4 - 6 years experience.

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

  • Food safety certification.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
