Key Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
Oversee food preparation, plating, and presentation.
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.

Supervise and train kitchen staff.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess an HND with 4 - 6 years experience.
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Food safety certification.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
