Job Summary




  • We seek an experienced, creative, and skilled Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team.

  • The ideal candidate will produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring exceptional presentation and flavor.



Key Responsibilities




  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement new pastry menus, desserts, and specials.

  • Pastry Production: Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, cakes, and desserts.

  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate pastry team members.

  • Quality Control: Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of pastry items.

  • Inventory Management: Order supplies, manage inventory, and control costs.

  • Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

  • Customer Service: Interact with customers, provide excellent service, and address feedback.

  • Innovation: Research and develop new techniques, recipes, and ideas.



Requirements




  • Culinary Education: Diploma or degree in pastry arts or related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years as a pastry chef or related role.

  • Skills: Excellent baking, decorating, and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.



Other Requirements:




  • Experience: 2-3 years

  • Qualification: NCE / OND



Working Conditions:




  • Fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
