Job Summary

• We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive innovation across our integrated businesses.

Your Role

As Head of Finance, you will:

• Strategize and Lead: Develop and oversee financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budget planning, forecasting, and in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making.


• Risk Management: Implement robust financial controls and risk frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


• Investment & Growth: Manage investment appraisals, banking relationships, and capital allocation to drive growth and profitability.


• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.


• Optimize Performance: Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and analyze business operations to enhance financial performance.

What You Bring

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional who has:

• A BSc / HND in Finance, Accounting, or a related fields.


• A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is a significant advantage.


• Professional Certification: ACA/ACCA certification is mandatory.


• Proven Expertise: 10-15 years of financial management experience, with deep knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems, and finance best practices.


• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex financial operations.


• Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and identify opportunities.


• Familiarity with trends, challenges, and opportunities in the agro-allied and poultry sectors.
