Job Summary

• The Executive Driver will develop efficient route plans to navigate through traffic efficiently and ensure punctuality. Adjust travel plans as needed due to changes in executives' schedules or unforeseen circumstances.


• Coordinate with security personnel when necessary to ensure passenger safety.

Job Description

• Safely transport executive to and from specified locations in a timely and professional manner.


• Always ensure the safety of the principal by adhering to traffic laws and regulations.


• Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is clean, well-fueled, and in proper working condition.


• Schedule routine maintenance and report any vehicle issues promptly.


• Plan and research the most efficient routes to avoid traffic congestion and ensure timely arrivals.


• Stay updated on road conditions, construction, and other factors that may affect travel.


• Exhibit excellent customer service skills, demonstrating politeness, discretion, and a professional demeanor.


• Maintain confidentiality of executive's conversations and travel plans.


• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel purchases, and other relevant expenses.


• Assist with basic administrative tasks as required by the executive or management.


• Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion


• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the principal.

Educational Qualification

• SSCE / OND / B.Sc in any field of study


• Minimum of 7 years driving experience


• A valid Driver’s license


• Perfect knowledge of Abuja road networks
