Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production on two acres, including one acre for tomatoes and one acre for cucumber.


• Ensure adherence to good agronomic practices to achieve yield targets for each crop.


• Coordinate all stages of crop production.


• Manage daily operation on the entire farm.


• Ensure accurate records of farm activities, crop health and production outputs.


• Qualifications and Experience:


• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or related field.


• Proven experience in farm management, especially vegetable production. 


• Strong organizational skills.


• Familiarity with modern farming techniques and technology.
