- We are looking for an astute and highly motivated procurement officer to assist in purchasing and negotiation activities for the company and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
- The procurement officer’s responsibilities include maintaining positive vendor relations, evaluating supply options, and maintaining accurate records.
- The successful candidate will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming supplies/ materials for projects and oversee all and ministrative needs within the procurement department.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors/ suppliers.
- Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
- Review all vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
- Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
- Oversee all administrative needs within the procurement department.

- Must possess one of the following degrees; OND, HND OR BSc.
