Main Function
- The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the medical spa, ensuring that staff are well-managed, clients are satisfied, and the business is financially successful. This role combines leadership with business management, ensuring the spa runs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow for both the medical and aesthetic teams. Monitor staff schedules, client bookings, and the availability of equipment and products.
- HOCATT Management: Properly manage and oversee the staff offering HOCATT service.
- HBOT Management: Ensure proper staff training, oversee the implementation of safety protocols, and manage the equipment maintenance schedule of the HBOT Machine.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise spa staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team members adhere to spa policies and standards.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every client has a positive experience, addressing complaints or concerns promptly, and implementing feedback to improve services.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor the spa’s financial performance, managing budgets, revenue streams, and expenses. Identify opportunities for upselling services or retail products to boost profitability.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotions, loyalty programs, and advertising strategies that drive business growth.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all staff follow medical protocols, safety regulations, and health standards. Regularly update procedures in compliance with industry regulations.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Oversee inventory, ordering products, and ensuring that the spa is always fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Experience/Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing a spa, clinic, or wellness center.
- Knowledge of spa software and scheduling systems.
- Familiarity with the use of HOCATT machine to ensure proper staff training and equipment maintenance.
