Description

• Implement and monitor strategies to improve collections and recoveries.


• Prepare accurate and timely reports for stakeholders.


• Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with our collections/recovery models.


• Collaborate with other teams including Finance, Portfolio Monitoring and Fraud Investigation

Requirements

• Experience in Collections/Risk management roles.


• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI).


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
