Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and personalised solutions.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored business solutions to meet clients' specific requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, articulating the value proposition of our products and services effectively.
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
Act as a brand ambassador for the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our offerings and expand our market presence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the ICT industry. B2B sales experience would be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
