Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and personalised solutions.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored business solutions to meet clients' specific requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, articulating the value proposition of our products and services effectively.

  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our offerings and expand our market presence.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the ICT industry. B2B sales experience would be an added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital transformation.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
