  • As a Pastry Assistant, you'll assist in preparing and presenting stunning desserts, contributing to our restaurant's exceptional dining experience.



Responsibilities




  • Assist Pastry Chef in preparing desserts, cakes, and pastries.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry kitchen.

  • Follow recipes and maintain quality standards.

  • Assist with plating and garnishing desserts.

  • Develop knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and presentation styles.



Requirements




  • Qualification: NCE / OND qualification.

  • Experience: 2 - 3 years experience

  • 1+ year of pastry experience in a commercial kitchen.

  • Culinary degree or pastry arts certification (optional).

  • Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and safety protocols.

  • Attention to detail and creativity.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
