  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with expertise in project management. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to executives while coordinating and managing projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage executives’ schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.

  • Plan and oversee projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and facilitate communication across teams.

  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.

  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.



Requirements




  • Proven ability to function effectively at both strategic and operational levels.

  • Support the CEO in achieving organizational goals and implementing strategic initiatives.

  • Foster collaboration across business units to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Assist in planning and supporting new business ventures and development activities.

  • Oversee the management of the CEO's office and facilitate business communications.

  • Coordinate the development of business plans and proposals.

  • Conduct corporate research and prepare business briefs for the CEO.

  • Manage project tracking and ensure alignment with defined objectives.

  • Contribute to business development efforts.

  • Collaborate with business managers on corporate branding strategies.



Education




  • Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences or business management.



Requirements:




  • A minimum of five years of experience as a Planning or Executive Assistant to a CEO.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong project management background.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and office software.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
