Job Summary

• The successful candidate will ensure all areas are immaculate, tidy, and hygienic, contributing to a productive and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas, including offices, meeting rooms, common spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and exterior surroundings.


• Dust, polish, and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and equipment.


• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors daily.


• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.


• Restock supplies, toiletries, and paper products.


• Empty trash and recyclables.


• Report maintenance issues or damages to management.


• Follow the organization's health and safety protocols.


• Use cleaning materials and equipment efficiently and safely.


• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• 1-2 years of cleaning experience.


• Attention to detail and ability to work methodically.


• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and materials.


• Reliable, punctual, and flexible.


• Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certification in cleaning or janitorial services.
