Responsibilities
- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
- Updating financial records via accounting software
- Assistin the processing ofincome statementand other financialstatement
- Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management
- Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets
Qualification & Requirements
- Must Posses B.Sc / HND qualification in Accounting, Banking &Finance or any Finance related course from a reputable University or Polytechnic
- Must have minimum of 3 years relevant experience in related field
- Must havegood knowledge of MS excel and accounting software ERP
- Must be articulate and smart.
