Job Description
In this role, as a Client Services Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the picture framing process. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience from initial consultation to final delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Generate sales leads from other channels
- Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
- Channeling customer enquiries to appropriate team
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, messages & customer requests.
- Manage the day-to-day requests of customers and evaluate the performance;
- Work with other team members on customer engagement on company’s social media accounts.
- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken in CRM solution
- Generating sales leads from social media engagement and building sustainable relationships where necessary.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information that would assist in production planning:
- Preparing monthly reports on sales activities, Customer engagements and Sales lead converted to actual sales
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND from a top tier institution
- Experience in administration, customer service management.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
