Collaborate & work closely with divisional teams, the Chief Financial Officer and the CEO to ensure the prompt & profitable development of all residential and commercial assets.
Coordinate revenue teams, particularly business development, commercial services & client engagement teams providing management oversight to ensure revenue performance.
Lead and guide effective coordination of all business channel sales outlets and brokers.
Requirements
A first degree in any professional discipline.
Minimum of 15 years post-qualification work experience.
A minimum of 5 years of critical exposure in an FMCG, Service Industry organization will be preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a general management role.
