Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies to drive the brand’s vision and identity.


• Utilize business acumen to develop and manage budgets, forecast sales, and ensure profitability.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.


• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, technologies, and industry developments to keep our brand at the forefront.


• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align design efforts with business goals.


• Mentor and inspire the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a fashion designer manager or in a similar senior design role.


• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative unisex fashion designs.


• Exceptional creativity and artistic ability.


• Solid understanding of business and financial principles.
