Job Responsibilties




  • Prospect and identify potential customers or clients through various channels, and lead prospect generation activities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing assistance and support to understand their needs, preferences, and buying behavior.

  • Conduct sales presentations to educate prospects about products or services, highlight features and benefits, and address customer questions.

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close sales and secure commitments, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with sales teams, and leverage resources to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Manage sales pipeline and activities, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales progress using CRM software or sales tracking tools to prioritize efforts and maximize sales conversion.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and industry developments to position products effectively. Provide feedback to management on market trends.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions, documenting details, feedback, and outcomes for reporting and analysis purposes.

  • Achieve sales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by management, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals to drive revenue growth and business success.



Job Requirements




  • OND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.

  • Persuasive selling skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions, handle objections, and close deals through effective sales techniques.

  • Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Proficiency in using sales tools and technology, such as CRM software, sales tracking systems, and productivity apps, to manage leads, opportunities, and activities.

  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally in the sales field.
