JOB SUMMARY



To accompany the trucks on every supply, interfacing with customers, ensure compliance and  accurate records/books on each supply.



JOB FUNCTIONS:




  • Interface with customers on supply and on any complaints and feedback.

  • Daily update the logistics officer, Sales Associate.

  • Accompany truck drivers for every supply trip.

  • Ensure compliance to supply checklist on every trip.

  • Process payment for accounts and issue receipts.

  • Assist logistics officer in coordinating locations for each supply

  • Escalate all financial issues to the accounts officer.

  • Escalate all logistics issues to logistics lead and compliance officer.

  • Escalate all non-compliance of drivers and compliance issues to the compliance officer.

  • Take pictures of the tank plate, tank gauge, Truck meter and the totalizer and note them on the receipt and send your records to the logistics officer before every supply is carried out.

  • Take picture, record of customers gauge, totalizer and note them on the customer’s receipt after every supply.

  • Inform the logistics officer and the sales Associate of any supply location that is not corresponding with the location to be supplied on the supply note.

  • Understand and be abreast of the different rate for different locations.

  • File all documents concerning supply.



Prepare daily and weekly Sales Report for review by the logistics team lead 




  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in LPG.

  • Respond to queries regarding approvals, payment limits, retirement deadlines.

  • Perform every other task as assigned by your reporting line.

  • Meet or exceed KPIs set by the Line Managers and Management.



Job Skills and Requirements:




  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND in Sales/customer service/marketing

  • Effective planning and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage and motivate employees.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Complete understanding of the company’s products and services.Excellent communication skills.

  • Effective customer service and organizational skills
