Position Overview:




We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and driving sales in our retail store while also leveraging social media platforms to promote our products and engage with customers. The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter with a passion for retail and digital marketing.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth customer service and sales performance.

  • Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, offering expert advice and recommendations.

  • Oversee inventory, stock management, and visual merchandising in-store.

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand visibility and drive foot traffic to the store.

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) that aligns with brand values and campaigns.

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media in a timely and professional manner.

  • Track and report on sales metrics, both in-store and online, providing insights for improvement.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Ensure the store meets its sales goals and targets while maintaining a high standard of presentation and customer service.

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, new platforms, and best practices to maximize engagement



Required Qualifications:




  • Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a supervisory or executive role.

  • Strong social media skills, including experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with customers.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.



Desired Qualifications:




  • Experience in retail store management or assistant management.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

  • Familiarity with photography or video editing software for content creation.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual merchandising and online branding.
