Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced and creative Business and Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social media presence, enhance customer engagement, and develop innovative strategies to boost brand awareness and customer base. This fully remote role offers the flexibility of working from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media: Oversee all social media pages and develop comprehensive strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth.
- Research and Strategy: Conduct extensive market research to inform strategy, analyze long-term company needs, and seek potential brand partnerships to enhance client base and revenue.
- Reporting: Create and present monthly and quarterly reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for adjustments to the digital marketing plan.
- Content Creation: Design and deliver engaging, creative content tailored for social media channels.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and digital technologies to ensure content and strategy remain relevant.
- Campaigns and Competitions: Develop and manage contests and promotional campaigns to attract attention to the brand.
- Customer Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to customer feedback and comments, and foster a positive online community.
- Budget Management: Oversee and track budgets for all social media activities.
