  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and recommendations to optimize sales strategy.

  • Drive new business development through prospecting, networking and partnerships.

  • Lead and motivate a talented sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to management.

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.

  • Continuously mentor and train the sales team to improve skills andperformances.

    Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers and busineas partners 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market trends and business objectives



Requirements




  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a leadership sales role.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Expertise in sales forecasting and data analysis

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development

  • Knowledge of the Nigerian market and mobility/logistics trends is highly desirable

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
