Responsibilies




  • Manage relationships with landlords, property owners and tenants and act on behalf of landlords in Managing properties.

  • Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants explaining advantages of location and services.

  • Take responsibility for tenant, guarantor and referral profiling.

  • Maintain properties by liaising with facility managers, investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting renovations and vacant units.

  • Develop and enforce occupancy policies and procedures by sanctioning violators.

  • Lead the preparation of reports for Management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

  • Drive the accomplishment of organization goals and Property Management department targets and deliverables.

  • Provide Management with routine updates on all properties being managed by the company.

  • Partner with all departments to ensure excellent delivery on assigned tasks with relation to property management.

  • Establish rental rates by surveying local rental rates: calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.

  • Relate rental updates to tenants.

  • Obtain due diligence materials, such as corporate certificates of good standing, real estate and title information and securities filings.

  • Investigate the factual evidence of transactions.

  • Work with external lawyers in preparing for transactional closings, depositions, hearings, trials and conferences; completing many administrative tasks, including, working on individual transactions.

  • Conduct routine property inspections.

  • Establish new business partnerships with landlords/business partners and evaluate existing relationships periodically.

  • Protect RML against any legal risks and violations.

  • Examine any legal issues related to new projects and services.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in law (LL. B) and a professional qualification as a lawyer.

  • At least 5-10 years of experience as a lawyer.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a property manager.

  • Certifications in property management (e.g., Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), or equivalent).

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.

  • Proficient in property management software and tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Legal knowledge related to real estate and property management is a must.
