We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of driving HR initiatives that align with our company's overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's business goals.
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
Analyze workforce trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective talent retention strategies.
Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and benefits enrollment.
Conduct regular salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness.
Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
Oversee employee development initiatives, including mentoring and coaching.
Manage HR systems and processes, including HRIS, payroll, and time and attendance.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
3+ years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
