  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function.

  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of driving HR initiatives that align with our company's overall business objectives.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's business goals.

  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.

  • Analyze workforce trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Develop and implement effective talent retention strategies.

  • Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.

  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations.

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and benefits enrollment.

  • Conduct regular salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness.

  • Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.

  • Oversee employee development initiatives, including mentoring and coaching.

  • Manage HR systems and processes, including HRIS, payroll, and time and attendance.

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.

  • Maintain employee records and documentation.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
