JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Supervision of Farm Operations: He/she will oversee all aspects of habanero pepper cultivation, including planting, irrigation, pest control, harvesting, and post-harvest processing.


• Staff Management: He/She is responsible for training, and supervising farm workers; coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring effective team performance.


• Quality Control: Monitor crop quality throughout the growing season; implement measures to ensure high standards are met.


• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain farm equipment and irrigation systems; ensure routine maintenance is performed.


• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as uphold company standard of operation


• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including planting schedules, crop yields, labor hours, and equipment usage.

JOB REQUIREMENT

He/she must have a degree/diploma in agriculture or a related field is preferred.

• He/she must have at least 2 years of experience in pepper cultivation and other vegetable fruits


• He/she must have a strong leadership and communication skills.


• He /she must have a good knowledge of pest management practices and irrigation systems.


• Proficiency in using farm management software for record-keeping and scheduling.


• He/she must be ready to learn and a fast learner.


• Analytical thinking and good communication are a must.
