Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, and ensure optimal performance across all departments.



Responsibilities




  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

  • Oversee performance appraisals and provide guidance on career development.

  • Coordinate staff training and development programs.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator or other HR position.

  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
