• To build and contract a network of Providers for the Company. To implement the provider network management strategy in Lagos and the South-West region. To manage the relationship between the Company and its Providers to ensure a seamless enrolee experience.

Role Qualification:

Academic/Professional:

• MBBS/Degree from a reputable Tertiary Institution.


• Relevant postgraduate (MPH, MSc, MBA) and/or professional qualification would be an added advantage.

Work Experience: 3 to 5 years professional in related position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive requests and recommendations for provider sign-up based on certain criteria.


• Signing up high-quality providers who deliver healthcare services at a reasonable cost.


• Regular physical visits to providers weekly and monthly to foster good relationship.


• Analyse provider’s performance and share feedback with provider with recommendations


• Prepare monthly reports on medical operations, from all zones with recommendations for the Head of Operations.


• Ensure that Health Care Providers comply with the agreement reached With AXA Mansard Health plans concerning billing and quality of medical care.


• Synergy with the claims unit to ensure prompt payment of claims.


• Oversee the smooth running of the various providers within the states within the region


• Liaising regularly with the HMO coordinators and medical directors of the hospital to ensure good rapport and to gain trust.


• Bi-annual hospital quality assurance check (physical visits)
