Position Summary

• The role will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Job Description

• Sweeping, mopping, wipe, sanitizing, dusting and vacuuming floors, carpets, and furniture.


• Dispose of waste and hazardous materials according to established procedures and regulations.


• Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, operating rooms, corridors, offices, and common areas.


• Clean and sanitize surfaces, sweeping, mopping, wipe, dusting and vacuuming floors, carpets, furniture, fixtures and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques.


• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and other areas as needed.


• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and submit requisitions for replenishment as necessary.


• Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.


• To follow all infection control guildline while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents, spread of infectious diseases and ensure personal and environmental safety.


• To report maintenance or repair issues for repairs or replacement


• To manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.


• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.


• Other duties as assigned by Clinic Manager, Medical Director or Board of Directors

Requirements

• SSCE, OND in any related field


• 0-2 years of experience


• Attention to Detail.


• Punctual and Hardworking.
