  • We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the CEO.

  • The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of tasks effectively while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

  • As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for streamlining day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth coordination of both professional and personal activities.



Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:




  • Manage and organize executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritizing urgent matters and responding on behalf of the executive when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate filing systems and manage important documents.



Event Coordination:




  • Assist with organizing and coordinating business and personal events, including meetings, conferences, and social functions.

  • Ensure all logistics are in place for meetings, including materials, technology, and refreshments.



Personal Tasks:




  • Provide support with personal errands, shopping, and other tasks as needed.

  • Manage personal appointments and ensure efficient scheduling.



Project Management:




  • Assist with the planning and execution of various projects as directed by the executive.

  • Track deadlines and help prioritize tasks to ensure goals are met in a timely manner.



Confidentiality:




  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, maintaining professionalism at all times.



Communication:




  • Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments or stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.

  • Draft emails, memos, and other communication on behalf of the executive.



Qualifications




  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the executive.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience in a corporate or executive setting.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
