Requirement

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment. 


• Proven track record of success in building strong client relationships and exceeding placement goals.


• In-depth understanding of the financial service and tech industry and the various specializations


• relevant to our company's focus.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Adept at using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.


• Proficiency in social media platforms for recruiting purposes.


• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
