Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations to assess customer health concerns and suggest appropriate products.


• Monitor and follow up with customers during treatment to provide guidance and support, improving customer retention.


• Address customer concerns from a medical perspective, ensuring confidence in product safety.


• Assist with the development of protocols for customer interaction, ensuring that they align with professional medical standards.


• Collaborate with the customer support team to provide accurate, empathetic responses to customer inquiries.


• Support product marketing initiatives by participating in educational video recordings or testimonials about product benefits and safety.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid license.


• Experience in reproductive health is a plus.


• Excellent communication and customer care skills.
