On behalf of our client in the healthcare services sector, Deloitte is recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Reporting & Treasury Manager to join the organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the organization's financial reporting processes and treasury operations, ensuring compliance with local and international standards while optimizing financial performance.




  • Lead and manage the financial reporting and treasury functions of the hospital

  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports

  • Manage cash flow, investments, and liquidity to ensure optimal utilization of funds

  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian financial regulations and reporting standards

  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management processes

  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed

  • Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial reporting and treasury management



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting and treasury management

  • Proven leadership experience in a financial role

  • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting principles and treasury management techniques

  • Proficiency in financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • In-depth understanding of Nigerian financial regulations and reporting standards

  • Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
