Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook different dishes,
- Ensure proper seasoning and cooking techniques to maintain flavours.
- Kitchen Management: Ensure efficient operations and oversee food storage, preservation, and handling of ingredients.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistent food quality and presentation and address customer feedback on food quality.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure compliance with local food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Proxuimity to Ajao is key.
