Mission

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.



Quality Assurance:




  • Ensure all project outputs meet established quality standards.

  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance with regulations and guidelines.



Stakeholder Communication:




  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

  • Manage expectations and provide updates on project progress and changes.



Problem Solving:




  • Address and resolve project-related issues promptly.

  • Adapt plans and strategies to overcome unforeseen challenges.



Profile




  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Building Engineering, or a related field (required).

  • 3-5 years of experience in project supervision or management.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, etc).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
